transport logistic 2007

12.06.2007

Siemens VDO makes it easier for operators of small fleets and individual drivers to convert to the digital tachograph (DTCO). To enable them to fulfill their legal obligation to store tachograph data, the company has developed TIS-Compact plus – an archiving solution that is as straightforward as it is inexpensive – especially for these customers, who require almost no IT knowledge to use it. Fleet operators who would like to use DTCO data for fleet management can still obtain the two programs TIS-Web and TIS-Office from the supplier. Users of the entry-level solution TIS-Compact plus can upgrade at any time and thus start more professional data management.
